UI / UX Developer / Designer

ThinkUp Technologies is seeking a UI / UX Developer / Designer to join our development team at our headquarters in Annandale, MN.

The right candidate will assist in improving our Contractors Cloud and Parade Cloud products

As a UI / UX Developer / Designer you'll be a versatile technical resource capable of high performance across a wide range of projects. You will need to solve complex business problems while simultaneously adhering to defined standards and project scope.

Position Type

• Full-time employment

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of professional design experience, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience with a professional design tool such as InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, Photoshop or equiv.
• Able to create professional wireframes, mockups and designs that are responsive and scale to multiple devices.
• Able to collaborate with frontend developers.
• Able to provide graphic and marketing resources based on product branding.
• Ability to take complex, abstract concepts and create usable interfaces.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in UX methodologies in SaaS applications.
• Advanced Experience in UI Designs.
• Graphic Design talent and experience.
• Have an eye for usability and how an end user would use the product.
• Experience in brand development.
• Gaming experience and game design is a plus.
